Owner speaks perfectly English and is very helpful. He was very thoughtful about our health, giving us details on what to do during altitude acclimatation. He also helped us reserve taxis for trips to Indus Valley and to Nubra Valley, and for doing our laundry. Rooms are new, very clean and very confortable. Clean boiled water is available for guests all the time. Meals can be taken there. Not very far from city center.

Very friendly, family run hotel very close to the center. The owner of the hotel Mr. Gonbo was very helpful, he organized an excellent program for us for four days. The room with balcony is very spacious. On the last night he fed us dinner and lit a campfire. The hotel is located in a very pleasant courtyard with huge trees and vegetable garden with two cute dogs. We will be happy to come back anytime.

We had the best time in Karma! The family that hosted us was so kind and helpful. We asked for a dinner and she made it with vegetables from her garden. All the food was amazing. We highly recommend on this place !!!! The best experience !

Norbu, the man, the Legend. He, his brother and his cousin were amazing, from taking care of us during our accilmatization, to sharing ideas for our tour, to coming in clutch when a taxi we booked didn't show up early morning.Something that we really appreciate is the hot camomille made with fresh flowers of their garden, always ready for us, a true cuddle. We highly recommend this guest house !
