The homestay features family rooms. Very welcoming staff. Very large, clean and comfortable room. Comfortable, big bed. Large bathroom and good shower with plenty of hot water. Very good air conditioning as well as multiple ceiling fans. Complementary fruit basket for room. Complementary refreshments on arrival. Location was great. Very short walk in lively lane, to beach, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was top level. They even offered to provide early breakfast before we left for airport. Do not hesitate to stay here. You will be very happy.

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Free private parking is available on site. This homestay was the highlight of our trip. David and Nicole were excellent hosts, not only giving us a history of the area, but also helping us coordinate experiences we were interested in. The even paired us with a driver who helped us navigate the area. They have a beautiful view outside every morning and the rooms were spacious and comfortable while still keeping some of the original design from the 1600's. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

The Panaji Kadamba Bus Station is just 800 metres away. Our host and her staff were wonderful. The location is perfect and although it’s very central it’s absolutely quiet at night. Beautiful roof top for a yummy breakfast.
