Simply the best homestay we visited in Raja Ampat, it has an extra touch overs the other homestays: walking paths are well kept, every room has it's water outside, the restaurant deck on the water is wonderful, rooms are new with a mesmerizing view. House reef is one of the best we have seen in RA (just pay attention to the currents!). Moreover Mario is an excellent host and helps create a great atmoshpere, he has several boats and offers the chepeast tours around.

Set in Kri in the West Papua region, Eddo Homestay features a balcony and sea views. The property has quiet street views. The accommodation offers free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a traditional restaurant. Atcho was great host for us. He was super helpful, good discussions, came with us snorkling, great resource for the homestay. Food was excellent by the cook, varied from night to night. Bathrooms in bungalow was new and large, open. Good lounges to chill on.

Located in Waisai and only 2.7 km from Waisai Torang Cinta Beach, Raja Ampat Koba-koba Guest House provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This guest house offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. Guests can make use of a garden. Fellow travelers, this is an absolute bargain, trust me! Pedro is as nice as a host can be, always paying attention to the details so that we had the best experience we could. The accommodation, although not in the centre of Waisai, is not far and the porch has outstanding views of the bay. Moreover, the bed is comfortable and big, the bathroom is well equipped and the AC brings a luxurious touch compared to some of the other guest houses. In terms of the food, they serve both breakfast and dinner included in the price and they're both varied and delicious. If you want to have a beer watching the sunset, you can also buy them directly from Pedro. Finally, he rents motorbikes and happens to know all the necessary people to make the experience of Waisai truly complete. To sum up, this place exceeded our expectations and we feel that it will be much busier once more reviews will pop up, as he only opened it in August 2025.

Breakfast is available, and includes American, Asian and vegan options. The owners are so friendly and caring. They speak good English. Food is super good, Penny is very good chef. They have good quality boat, we did day tours everyday. It’s higher level compared to other homestay we had for second half of the trip. Very clean, comfortable bed, quite and beautiful nature. If it is available, book it, because you will have a very nice experience here.

Guests at Paparisa Homestay will be able to enjoy activities in and around Kri, like hiking. Paparisa homestay was amazing! Rio and his Team are taking really good care that everyone has a lovely stay and help where they can to arrange transportation or daytrips or diving. The bungalows are very clean, spacious and well equipped. We even had our own bathroom which is definitely a luxury on the island! Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the island life. The Food was also very good and there was also lots of variety, even though I am vegetarian :) Definitely one of the best places to stay in raja ampat!

Guests at the homestay can enjoy an Asian breakfast, and breakfast in the room is also available. There is a coffee shop, and packed lunches are also available. Feri and his family were so welcoming. They could answer all our questions and point us in the right direction. Also nothing was too much trouble and they were really accommodating with us wanting to do excursions with limited notice. The views from the huts are stunning, it's nice to be able to walk to the local villages and the snorkelling from the homestay jetty is brilliant - we even saw a dugong!

Situated in Saonek, within 1.3 km of Waisai Torang Cinta Beach, Raja Ampat Sandy Guesthouse offers accommodation with air conditioning. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests can make use of a garden. The homestay owner contactes us prior to our arrival to check if we were finding our way (they also offered a taxi pick-up at the harbour) and welcomed us with open arms. The homestay has a nice small garden where we had breakfast. The owners also helped us to arrange our taxi next morning

This guest house is allergy-free and non-smoking. The owners were extremely helpful with organizing trips, answering questions, giving advice on places to stay. The breakfasts were always delicious and varied. They were very knowledgable about the region and were well connected. They arrainged a good scooter at a fair price. A great first landing spot off of the ferry from Sorong. I have already booked my second stay when back from the outer islands to prepare for the return ferry trip. International travelers will be happy here.
