The place is quite isolated but it gives you the chance to stay in nature and the view is absolutely amazing to see sunrise on Rinjani mountain. It gives you the possibility to live in a camping but in a cleaner and nicer location. In our case, the bathroom was outside the room a few meters away, but there was hot water to enjoy a shower in nature! Breakfast was included and delicious. They organise a lot of activities together with the guests: we hiked the Kondo hill together with one of them and before going they took us to see the sorroundings by scooter and to have lunch together. They also organise activities for the local people to teach English and to promote a tourism oriented to sustainability. Finally they have a fantastic rescued dog Bruni which is lovely and will be happy to play with you if you like it!

The homestay definitely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful clean accommodation among the rice fields. We recommend it if you want to support the locals and like authentic experiences. At the homestay, all units come with a desk. There is a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer in each unit, along with free toiletries. At the homestay, the units come with bed linen and towels. The staff was extremely nice, friendly and respectful. The owners are nice local people and they were very welcoming and accomodating. Couldn't find a money changer nearby and they took us to one in the rain and they were very sweet about it. Don't get me started on the view, it was breathtaking and waking up to it everyday + the sounds of nature was such a peaceful experience. The area is clearly a wild area and they did a super great job at maintaining it and turning the bungalow and its surroundings livable. The place smelled nice and was free of insects (we could hear a gecko at night but it was outside so we weren't worried). The lady brought us food right to our room, and we would just order via WhatsApp. If you're thinking of a nice getaway where you'll feel nothing but peace and harmony and pure joy, go for it and please stay for at least 2 to 3 nights (you can visit nearby waterfalls and plantations and rice fields).

The food is delicious and homemade, especially Olah Olah, Urap Urap and pineapple / banana pancakes 😋 Possibility of doing different classes (cooking, clay pottery, bamboo / wooven handicraft, silver smith / coffee / coconut oil process) and activities in the region. We particularly liked the tour with Azman through the rice fields, waterfalls and monkey forest. We met incredible people. It will remain in our memories forever.
