The shower was great too, with excellent water pressure. 😍 But the absolute highlight of our stay was Juda. He was so attentive and genuinely caring. Every morning he prepared a fresh breakfast and tea for us, and when I mentioned having a sore throat, he kindly brought me some ginger tea. He even remembered to bring it again the next morning without me having to ask. So thoughtful and sweet. Thank you, Juda, for such a wonderful stay at your beautiful homestay. P.S. Juda’s adorable cats were an extra bonus. They’re so cute!

Staying at Banana Homestay was a great decision! We arrived at around 3am in the morning, but the check-in was super smooth because Fryda contacted me before and thoroughly explained everything to me. The room was quite small but cozy and had everything we needed. Fryda also helped us book the Mt. Ijen tour, she was very helpful and kind. One of the best things about staying here was definitely the breakfast! Delicious tea with a sandwich, a plate of fruit, and always some fresh pastry! The doughnuts were the BEST doughnuts we've ever had, honestly! On our last day, the lady cook was kind enough to make doughnuts for us again after she realized how much we liked them. Place is super nice and cozy. There isn't any hot water but that wasn't a problem given how hot it was. I definitely recommend staying here, there was nothing we didn't like! Plus, the kitties there are super cute as well~Thanks for having us (:
