We had 3 nights at Casa de Vie and it was very comfortable there. We even extended for 1 more day. The welcome was perfect and all the services, the room, the house itself is amazing. The owner Devie is really friendly and she showed us Malang city as she is a local. It was fun! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful host. Accommodation is great value. Property, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were super clean. Bed and AC were comfortable. We booked the Ijen tour with the host Johan and had a great experience. Price seemed fair. We got helpful recommendations from Johan's nephew for local spots. Johan offers other tours we wished we could have taken advantage of (but we had to move on to our next destination). We'd stay here again!

Harry’s Ocean House was a great place to chill out for a few days, with a real family feel. Our bungalow was beautifully decorated, clean and with a very comfortable bed, we slept soooo well. The communal kitchen was welcoming and had all the equipment we needed. The beach was great for strolling along with virtually no one else there. Thanks in particular to Tina for making us welcome, for lending us bicycles and for sorting out our onward transport. We are happy to give Harry’s Ocean House 5* and recommend it to others.

A beautiful room with a large bathroom where the toilet and shower are separated by a partition, everything spotless and well maintained. Breakfast included: an excellent fluffy omelette. Drinking water is available at all times. Juda is an amazing host - incredibly helpful with trips, advice, and scooter rental. Communication with him was perfect and always with a smile. Much recommended. The most wonderful part is the gorgeous tropical garden. Each room has a terrace with seating facing it. Quite a relaxing setting.

It was so comfortable and the staff were so nice and helpful! They helped with everything on my trip - shared car from Bromo to Banyuwangi, and arranged transport for us in Banyuwangi at a very reasonable price. The accommodation was also extremely comfortable and value for money. Loved the cats too

Beautiful accomodation between the rice fields. After a few steps you can have a beautiful view and it's silent. The food is freshly cooked whenever you ask for it with ingredients from their garden. Prices for food and transfer were absolutely fair. The room was clean, aircondition working good ;) The owners are super nice and helpful with everything. Very easy communication via whatsapp. Thank you for everything!!! It was amazing :)))))

We had a perfect stay at Misrans Homestay. They picked us up from the train station, rented us a scooter to explore bromo and cooked for us delicious food. Misran and his Family were very friendly and helped us as good as possible. We would definetely recommend this accomodation for Backpackers who want to meet locals
