Very well maintained, breakfast is good. The lodge is located far from city in quite countryside, it is precious feature of that place for busy Indonesia. They also offer dinner which is quite good and you may ask for lunch as well (Pisang goreng / fried banana was excellent here and coconut which is growing right in front of your villa and dragon fruit behind the fence). We love how the staff treated us, especially the owner, Annie. She was responsive to all our questions. We were very lucky that Kawah Ijen reopened the day of our stay and I first heard the confirmation from Annie. The location is already near from the port so if you will be going to Bali after staying at Bayuwanggi this is a good option. The hostel also arranged the Ijen tour for us. We will surely stay here again if ever we comeback.
