I loved my stay at Villa Ubud Sunshine! The location was excellent, down a short laneway which resulted in a quiet stay. So close to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops on Bisma street and only a 10-15 minute walk to central market. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and keep the property in great shape . The morning breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices and tables with a great view overlooking the garden and trees. The pool was refreshing with a number of loungers around the pool. My villa was a huge and clean. I spent a lot of time on my lovely big balcony listening to the birds. I would definitely recommend booking here!

It was near the main road and just a short walk to the palace. Ample eateries and shopping nearby. The staff was welcoming from the time we checked in. Room was spacious. The bed was comfy, but was on the "Asian" soft side (not quite like the pillow-top beds we have at home - a bit more firm than we like, but certainly softer than many we've experienced in Asia). There was a refrigerator in room that was great for keeping drinks and leftovers. Filtered water was readily available throughout the property.

The people were amazing, it's like you get to meet their entire family and you know a lot more about their day to day. I happen to arrive at a time where they were out for prayers, and I was greeted by their young daughter who's really slim and tiny but insisted on carrying my huge luggage. Like most Balinese guesthouse, they have a nice entrance and I get a glimpse of their own quarters at the front, and I was directed to the back of their property with a completely different world view set up. The garden was lovely, and the rooms were newly built up, it was very clean and tidy, spacious, and just pleasant to be in. I felt very much at home right away. I will highly recommend this for couples or friends, it's only 2 rooms, and it's perfect for a quiet spot away from the Ubud traffic, but not too far from all the attractions.

The staff are really lovely, they do a really good job of cleaning the room daily and providing fresh towels. The breakfast is delicious. The facilities are very clean and comfortable.
