The Plitvice Lakes National Park - Entrance 1 is within 13 km of the guest house. The guest house features family rooms. We were greeted by the owner and she welcomed us to her beautiful farmhouse with some of her homemade treats, walked us through the building, gave us recommendations, and was overall super friendly. The price was amazing, the location is right near the Pljesevica lakes, and she even walked us through buying tickets. The view from the room with a private balcony shows you the mountains and farm, ample parking, clear signage, easy to find. Extremely clean, shower is well equipped with the hand wand and overhead rain. She even included shampoo packets. Fridge, coffee, tea, and water are all available in the hall. Easy checkout. The mattress and pillows were some of the best we had in the country. It's easy to see she's very proud of her establishment, and she should be 😃

Plitvice Lower Lakes Rooms in Plitvica selo provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a bar and a shared lounge. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation features full-day security and luggage storage space for guests. Our host, Marianna was brilliant! Warm, welcoming and provided fantastic information for our time in the area. The breakfast each day was delicious, and it was lovely to have eggs personally cooked fresh for us. Best eggs we have had in ages! Marianna recommended we pack sandwiches to take with us for our day out which was fabulous, and we enjoyed as we were out exploring. Excellent locations for access to the lakes! Only a short walk to an entrance of the lakes which you can access with tickets for entry to gate 1 or 2. Also, a short distance to three lookouts over the lakes which you can go to without purchasing entry to the lakes. The entry to the lakes is definitely worth it and incredible to tour and see. The vibe at this place was beautiful. Lovely setting and beautiful gardens with stunning roses in bloom during our stay. Our room was spacious and clean.
