Fantastic service by the manager / owner. Overall very friendly and helpful. Goes the extra mile to support and assist us. Provided good and useful information.
We accidentally broke a cup and initially needed to pay for it. However the manager / owner decided to waive the penalty fee.

I had a lovely, relaxing time at this place. It was everything I needed and wanted from a hostel and very clean and homely. The staff member treated me very well and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

excellent location, convenient access to all attractions. very clean, there is everything you need for your stay, even slippers and toothpaste. the room is small but very comfortable. Hong Kong teaches you to make do with little. the staff are very friendly people, they told me and showed me how to get to the places I needed. on the way back they were even escorted to the bus heading to the airport. thanks a lot!!!

Such a lovely hostel. It can be hard to find a good, cheap, clean, quiet hostel right on nathan road and this was perfect. Self check in is a nice bonus also.
Good value for money, perfect localisation, stuff very friendly and helpful, quiet and calm place, just the building where the hotel is is very crowded and at first it was difficult for us to find the right elevator, but some friendly locals directed us to the right spot
clean - the bed sheets, towels, but ventilation was a dirty and heavily dusted, but we simply didn't turn it on when we didn't need to

Great location, subway is just in the building. Just 15 minutes walk to the harbour, lots of cafes, 7-11 in 100m area) Great host, cleaning was every day. Small (6-7 sq. m.) rooms, but you have all you need. Wi-Fi is 500 Mbit, very fast)
