This was the best hotel in Guatemala. I was so impressed with the wonderful staff, from front desk Ofelia, who was always ready and willing to help with anything from transportation, both public and private, to getting tours to Aliana in the kitchen to the other staff members, both in the kitchen and the cleaning ladies (who are always asking if we needed anything, towels, etc) as well as the young men fixing anything around the place. They were always cleaning everything. The place is spotless, the breakfast is excellent with various choices. They have beautiful artwork everywhere. There is coffee/tea available 24 hours. The rooms are huge. Even though the private bathroom is outside, it is also pretty big and very, very clean. There is HOT WATER (like really hot water) 24/7. It is very safe to stay here. The main central area is walking distance. There are food places right outside the hotel. It is better than a 5* hotel. GO for it!!!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous, it was the best i’ve stayed at for a long time. Its atmosphere, terrace and staff is amazing. My room was comfortable and clean, and had a big window. It was quiet too, which is quite a big deal considering how close it is to the center. It’s an island of peace. The view from the terrace is really nice. I’m glad I found this hotel and hope that I’ll have the chance to return.

Nice apartment with a really well equiped kitchen. The shared bathroom is clean. The bedroom is perfect: with lots of room and à cosy bed. Estefany was King and helpful.

Friendly staff and the location is good, very close to the central Park. Showers have warm water and room was clean. Laundry Service was available for a very good price and I was able to leave my bags until my shuttle arrived.
