On the day of our booking he allowed an early check in. Mynor was very helpful at all times, taking care of us with cab booking & also recommended a great restaurant across the road - a real treat. The house is beautiful, every room welcoming & comfortable & close to the airport in a secure community.

Really enjoyed our stay here…. Such reasonable value for what is essentially an apartment with everything you need (kitchen, tv, bathroom) Our host Juan was such a lovely guy…. Gave us loads of recommendations for Guatemala City and the area we were staying… He was so knowledgeable as well and even gave us some very solid recommendations for our next destination in El Salvador. A true gent and we will definitely return here the next time we’re in Guatemala City.

Fantastic location (Zona 4 is a great place to stay, safe with restaurants and bars and cafes all around), safe and secure, strong wifi, nice little kitchen and outdoor seating area. Mattress was a bit hard for this old man but ultimately fine, especially if you're younger and used to it. A reliable stay for the price you're paying.

There’s no AC, but the day we went was cool because we left our patio door open for fresh air. Everything was clean and very nice people. The host helped us with our luggage which was super sweet. The place is a little hidden, but we called and the host was very nice to stay outside for us to find him.
