It did not feel transactional even for a minute. It was so relaxing for mind and soul that I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone. As a matter of fact if I go to Syros again I am going to Wind tales.

The owner and manager is a former executive at the Hilton in Athens, and his expertise and dedication can be seen in every detail of this small hotel. He went out of his way to recommend places to visit on the island: beaches, trails, monuments, and when his schedule allowed, he even drove us to visit some of them. He booked restaurants for us, and since during our stay we celebrated a birthday, he surprised us with a cake and some bubbles. Simply fantastic!
