The view is amazing, and the outdoor areas of the property are very pleasant. Sitting on the balcony surrounded by quiet nature is a highlight. The staff were also nice and helpful. This place can work very well if you come as a group of four to six people, bring food in advance, and plan to stay on the property to enjoy the space together.

Clean, big room in a great location. The family who runs the guesthouse was super friendly, even gave us a few pieces of homemade Khachapuri. The shared bathroom was clean and we ended up having it to ourselves. It was a little hard to find because of the construction, but the host sent us pictures and it all worked out. Would return next time I’m in Batumi

Surrounded by beautiful forest scenery in the mountain foothills, Guesthouse on Ioane Lazis 1 Ally offers an outdoor pool and a sun terrace with uninterrupted sea view in Kvariati. The view from the hotel is spectacular! I think this hotel has some of the best views in the whole of Kvariati! The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and kind people. The restaurant offers an amazing range of food that is delicious. The rooms are clean and modern and offer beautiful views from the balcony. I hope I can come back to this beautiful place again!

A very cosy and clean guest house situated right on the beach. The location could not be better. The owners were very helpful and friendly people who satisfied all our needs. On the ground floor there's a big common kitchen equipped with all the necessary cutterly to prepare a meal. The view from the rooms overlooking the mountain is spectacular. The bus stop (number 16) to Turkish border and to batumi is right out of the door of the house. There is a mini market in the house very convenient for someone to buy the necessary products either to prepare a breakfast or a meal. As you cross the road and go up the hill 100 meters you will encounter a restaurant named 'badu', where one can have a tasty meal with delicious local dishes and reasonable prices. Overall I think that kvariati is a unique and wonderful place to relax and enjoy swimming in the clear sea. What we liked as well is that climate is very mild. Rarely day temperatures go more than 28 degrees Celsius. I do recommend the guest house to anyone wishing to have relaxing holidays.
