The breakfast was very filling and perfect for keeping me going while doing all my walking and sight seeing. The room and bathroom were large with a big soft bed and all the amenities you might want. And the location was perfect for hitting all the little villages in the upper cotswolds.

The grounds offer a croquet lawn, and a helicopter landing pad. Amazing attention to detail from cleanliness to service. Loved our stay here. My only wish was that the room had air-conditioning (carriage suite) as it was very hot despite turning the heating off.

I wasn’t sure what to expect . I recieved a message with a pin to take my keys from the lockbox outside the property. My room was No 2 on the ground floor off the kitchen . I had access to the garden and a private shower room. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need even dishwasher tablets and washing powder. Any messages to the owner were answered very quickly , I forgot a hairdryer and was directed to a utility cupboard to loan one . Towels and bedding were white and immaculate.

Beautifully set up, comfortable bed, a real home from home.

It was such a lovely space, it was bright, clean and comfortable and the owners had made sure it was warm. Very accommodating to us arriving a bit earlier also. It would be a great place to say for people who want to be out in the countryside, the village had a lovely communal feel to it and if anything I wish I'd had planned to stay a bit longer!
