Needed an affordable room to camp for the night and this fit the bill perfectly. Host was very responsive and helped with how to check in as my booking came in quite late in the day. What’s not to like? Let’s start with Ian & Josie, amazing and warm people who have gone above and beyond to not only make us feel at home but also made sure everything was cared for. Ruby and Yogi their dogs were an unexpected delight, all the cuddles are so nice! (if you’re not a dog person then don’t worry, they can stay in their living space. You’ll hardly notice they are in the house). The room was like walking into something we would’ve created ourselves. Cozy, modern and very comfortable aside from very clean. You’ll find an amazing array of thoughtful extra’s too! The Victorian details on the house are gorgeous! It’s very close to the train which will drop you off at New Street after a relaxing ride and the best thing about the location is, it’s lovely and quiet with some awesome places to enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner (check out: The Deli, Franks and Verdo’s!) We came as strangers and left as friends, who could ask for more?
