Rooms were beautifully decorated. Top floor with lovely view. Perfectly located, could walk to dinner and distillery. Breakfast was great, very filling.

The members of the staff were friendly and welcoming. They sudden recommended best things to do around and where to eat. The room was clean and beautiful! The garden was wonderful and they even had a pheasant and red squirrels in the garden.

Amazing location with an amazing view of the loch. We got to experience a starry night sky (we got lucky and it wasn't cloudy). The rooms felt homey and we would gladly come here again.

We loved everything about this stay, the rooms are large and very comfortable with great amenities. Everything was very clean and in great condition. The host Luke and his adorable young family live on the property, but we never heard a peep. He was incredibly gracious and helpful with recommendations for town. The location is beautiful and easily walk-able into town

Such a wonderful place!! Eric at the reception gave me a warm welcome and showed me around the place and even helped carry my bags up two floors, Lukas and Silvia too were so helpful with anything that I needed and so friendly, The place is spic and span. And you can always go to the kitchen and help yourself to tea, coffee, milk, bread, cornflakes, etc. The bus stop is just outside and the Coop too. Walking distance to landmarks like the Royal Yacht Britannia, Leith waterside, etc. The name befits the place - I truly felt I had visited my friend's house!!
