We were a family of six, with kids and teens aging 7 to 19, and we had a great time here. A beautiful home & garden, everything was spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, gave us a lot of useful info about nearby trails. You can just walk out of the house, and within minutes stroll by the river with its amazing views. Breakfast was very good, and for the rest of the meals there are many cafes and restaurants around. We just loved it.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful and without a doubt the best accommodation we experienced in Scotland. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully organized, with so many thoughtful little details that made a big difference – from the coffee, tea and snacks, waiting for us - to the very soft towels and bed linen. Having soft bathrobes available was such a lovely touch and added to the feeling of comfort and relaxation. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making guests feel at home, and we truly appreciated the atmosphere of coziness and attention to detail throughout our stay. The room was in a great location just a few minutes walk to the centre and the harbour. It was good to have off steet parking right by the entrance. The room was very comfortable with a large bed, a tea/coffee area and fridge, a smart TV and a fantastically hot and large shower! The tunnocks and milk were a lovely touch and it was nice to have low level lamps and not just bright overhead lights like a lot of rooms. It was below zero when we stayed and snow outside but the room was very toasty! We will definitely book again next time we're up.
