The location is perfect – just a minute from the lake and surrounded by the sweetest little shops in magical Keswick. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was simply fantastic – a high-quality menu with delicious options made to order, plus drinks and homemade granola. Truly one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a hotel! Our room was gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated, and every day we were treated to fresh homemade cookies waiting for us – such a lovely touch. There’s also private parking which is very convenient. We honestly enjoyed every single moment and didn’t want to leave. We travel a lot, and this is by far our favorite hotel. We will definitely be back!

Situated only 700 meters from Lake Windermere it is in the ideal location for guests who want to be in walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Fantastic stay, lovely room and it had a living room with a TV, couch and mini fridge. We were delighted with our room too, very spacious and clean! Super comfy double bed.

Great en-suite with rainfall shower which nicely complemented the room. Staff super nice which made the breakfast even more amazing. At walking distance to Windermere and Bowness.

The additional prosecco, chocolates and balloons was a perfect touch for my partners birthday. We've stayed in a few of the high end hotels in bowness and none of them had the personal touch or feel that this place did. Thank you, we will be returning.
