Breakfast was simply fantastic – a high-quality menu with delicious options made to order, plus drinks and homemade granola. Truly one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a hotel! Our room was gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated, and every day we were treated to fresh homemade cookies waiting for us – such a lovely touch. There’s also private parking which is very convenient. We honestly enjoyed every single moment and didn’t want to leave. We travel a lot, and this is by far our favorite hotel. We will definitely be back!

Situated only 700 meters from Lake Windermere it is in the ideal location for guests who want to be in walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. The room was stunning, I couldn’t have asked for anything better and I had the best night sleep. The guest house is very safe and secure, which made me feel 10x more comfortable on my first solo trip. Barely a 5 minute walk down to the lakeside, with plenty bars and food places to choose from nearby

Perfected place to stay, was so clean and amazing views! Only a 5 minute walk into the centre, was so lovely!

It was immediately apparent why this is one of the highest-rated properties in Keswick - very close to the bus stop for the service to/from Penrith, just outside the central part so that it is very quiet, very roomy for a solo traveller, a host who immediately made me feel welcome and a good breakfast every morning. It's also across the road from where the Threlkeld-Keswick Railway path starts, so that was one more point in its favor. The WiFi was consistently available, and the room was cool throughout the day. Definitely helped make my stay in Keswick worthwhile and enjoyable.
