The house is wonderful and the interior and rooms are beautifully decorated, very high attention to detail which is hard to come by! The place feels very luxurious & mimics that of a luxury hotel. Our room had a brilliant view towards the village. There was a lovely pool with another lovely viewpoint & a shared mini fridge to keep food/drinks.

The very best of the stay is the hospitality of Pascal and his wife Nancy who runs the place, the gorgeous view and all the nice people that you meet at breakfast and evening meals. Just outside the doorstep there are lovely trails passning by that are worth trying out.

To be able to stay nearby, you look for a decent place. Sous des Chenes is one such value for money option! Breakfast wasn't included in our booking. The rest was a pleasure. Evguenia and Vladimir and their daughter Maria... and their gorgeous Husky Lyka were extremely warm and welcoming. The rented space is pretty and spic and span and very very comfortable, but the bedroom is a tad tiny. However, we had a car that came right up to the accommodation, so we only carried in the bare essentials. So all went well.
