There is a restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The property manager, Carlos, is the most exceptional host I have encountered. Generous and hospitable to a fault, he took care of all our needs and simply could not do enough for us. He speaks excellent English, and we had wonderful conversations with him. He recommended that we visit the local fiesta in nearby Reinosa, and it was a very special experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and cosy. It was lovely to sit next to some local people while they played cards at night, and our rooms were superbly clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful, right next to a tranquil lake with grazing horses and cattle and lots of water birds. Perfect in every way.

All the instructions were clear which made the stay a lot easier. Apart from that, the place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and it had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay in Santander.
