The host was amazingly friendly, even inviting us to his nieces engagement party while we were there and we got to experience some authentic Nubian food! The location is great, much quieter than staying on the east bank but also just a short and very cheap ferry ride over to the hustle and bustle. The room was nice and clean with a bathroom, ceiling fan, heaps of cupboard space, supplied towels and a really comfy bed. Would definitely reccomend!

Mohamed and his family were so supportive in attending to our needs with hiring private boats , breakfast and organising transportation to and from the airport. We had come for a wedding and Mohamed's family made us feel so safe and welcome in their guest house.
