The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and currency exchange for guests. I absolutely loved our stay at La Casa Budget! The design of the place is just beautiful—so cute and thoughtful. It has such a lovely, relaxed vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. Our room was huge, with loads of space and a massive window that stretched across the wall, letting in tons of natural light. We even had a sea view, which was a dream to wake up to. One of my favourite spots was the rooftop terrace—super spacious and perfect for chilling. That’s also where breakfast is served, and it was honestly delicious every morning. A big shoutout to Meshail, the manager/owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us great tips for getting around and finding activities. The rest of the staff were also just as lovely and made us feel really welcome. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi only works on the rooftop terrace. It wasn’t an issue for us though—we were happy to take a break from our phones! The hostel is right by the sea, and there's a small beach nearby you can relax at. Just keep in mind that most people head to places like Abu Dabbab for snorkeling or diving. It’s also a short walk to the town centre, where you'll find a few shops, but do note that Marsa Alam is a fairly small town. But after all the hustle and bustle in Aswan and Luxor, this was the perfect place for us to relax.

The place is beautiful and just 2 min walk to the beach ⛱️ It was exactly what I was looking for to share the experience of a resident and feel like one of the local people, so I enjoyed what I had thanks to the very friendly host and his hospitality. He joined me for shopping, cooking, and tea drinking. That was very kind of the host and it was very helpful for me as it was my first time there!. He also did everything I asked him to do to the point that he went extra shopping and buying fish 🐟 for me every day as I wished. That was really nice! Thank you very much. I am looking forward to coming back again!
