I heard one person complain that their room wasn’t made up at 16:30 but I knew the reason… understaffed. Not their fault as they really were keeping the hotel afloat. They really deserve a bonus for what they achieved. Don’t let this put you off booking as I’m sure a solution will be found. I enjoyed the breakfast.
