The perfect place for a family trip - in the middle of fields, with a small playground that the children loved, cute bunnies, easy parking, the owners are super friendly and the breakfast was excellent. It has an amazing view, witha beergarden and a swimming pool and the area is just amazing. I really liked it and the hosts were kind and everything went smooth.

Everything was perfect!! Amazing hospitality and very warm and friendly host. The breakfast was 10/10 with many home made jams and marmalades. Our host Frau Kuchler was extremely helpful and welcoming and helped us with tips and suggestions. The Guest House itself is located in a beautiful peaceful location amidst nature and recently renovated. We visited in winter to celebrate our anniversary and for the winter activities around Lam. We will come back again in Summer!

Comfortable room with view field in a small village. There was a deck off the breakfast room to sit in and a refrigerator with beverages to buy for a 2€. There was also a safe place for our bikes. The breakfast was good and worth thé cost. The Wi-Fi worked well.
