The rooms at Statek are simply furnished. They include such amenities as flat-screen TVs, a free wired internet and a minibar. Modest furniture but comfortable, clean and warm rooms. In the room the host welcomed us with bottles of mineral water and a small bottle of champagne (we booked for the new year). We also had a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. The breakfast was varied and good. The best thing was the location - 10 minutes walk from the train station. By train we reached the center of Prague in about 15 minutes, near the most important tourist attractions.

I have been to more than 30 countries in the world, slept in different types of accommodation, and this one really impressed me, mostly because of the incredible cleanliness that reminded me of the one in 5-star hotels in Dubai. This is the best indicator of how you take care of your business. There is also free bottled water, sodas and coffee. Kudos to the hosts for taking care of every detail. By chance, I arrived an hour and a half earlier and the room was ready. The friendly hostess does not speak English, but thanks to Google Translate everything went smoothly. In the comments I read prior to making a reservation, I noticed the astonishment about having to take off your shoes at the entrance. Yes, you can say it's a bit unusual, but I really liked it. They have lockers for shoes.. And taking off your shoes is an indicator of how much care is taken about cleanliness. I felt like I was at home, because you take off your shoes when you enter my house. As for the address, it is wrong on Booking, so big thanks to the gentleman who wrote the correct address in the comment, so I reached the accommodation without any problems. As for parking, there is parking in the street in front of LUONG, across the street from LUONG, and in front of nearby buildings and they are all free. As far as I noticed, there are plenty of parking space so nothing to worry about. There are 2 metro stations nearby. One can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes, and the other in about 10 minutes. The metro ride to the city center takes about 17 minutes. I would choose LUONG apartments again because of everything mentioned above, as well as because it is really pointless for me to enter the city center by car.

Wonderful bnb near the train station, restaurants, & shops in district 9/20...ideal place for a quiet stay outside of Prague city. Breakfast was great too.
