We booked a room with a balcony and had 2 balconies in our room which was really great. The staff were very responsive and friendly. We asked for coffee in our room twice and once for some towels, and they were always accommodating. The hotel is in a really good location, only minutes on foot away from Krupowki street, and outside one can find plenty of taxis parked right adjacent to the property. Breakfast was also good
