My 10 days were making great new friends , very kind and genuine people seem to gravitate to this beautiful hotel . You will see monkeys in the trees and wake to their howls & the bird life and that’s it , no road noise , leisurely coffee and breakfast then onto your day :) Absolutely faultless , highly highly recommend . Where to start to describe how wonderful our stay was - the house is just fantastic : large, clean rooms, super decent (canadian/swiss made … as the owner is swiss) and the swimming pool is gorgeous - the host : daniel was just fabulous , giving tips, baking bread, sharing beach gear, telling stories, … the world would be a better place with more people like him - the location : playa potrero is a bit more quiet than the surrounding playas (depends on your liking off course) … 200m and you walk onto the beach If we revisit costa rica, Casa Papito will definitely be booked again

Everything about this place was perfect. The place itself is a few minutes walk from nightlife but far enough for the peace and quiet. The staff were really friendly and excited to help. Out of my 7 day stay in Costa Rica, this was the most relaxing.

The Grand Luna is located in a very peaceful part of the mountains in Monteverde. The hosts are very hospitable and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with great amenities. Great artwork on some of the walls too!

Outdoor seating is also available at the homestay. It felt like an oasis on the edge of the hustle and bustle of the delightful town of Tamarindo. It was so relaxing and refreshing to come back to rest and relax at the Suite La Orquidea. Everything my wife and I needed to enjoy our visit was provided by our hosts, Mariela and Sergio. The pool was always clean, and the outside courtyard surrounding the pool was like a botanic garden. We felt secure, safe, and well looked after. Sergio made sure we knew where there were good restaurants and the best grocery stores. All around, this was one of the most relaxing places I've stayed in.

Outdoor seating is also available at the homestay. Beautiful property owned and operated by Sergio and Mariela; two of the nicest people you could ever meet. They are both artists and have utilized their talents in the decoration of their suites and in the design of the pool and garden area. There are only three suites on the property, so it makes for a unique and private experience. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping is excellent. We would definitely stay there again when visiting this area of Costa Rica.
