Amazing place with the most amazing host! We hanged out, played music and got to know Lily a bit in between our plans in the day. The room was very nice and clean, and it had everything we needed. Good coffee in the morning while playing boardgames. It was the perfect escape from the more busy areas we visited. Would definitely come back!

The apartment was comfortable and cozy. The location was great for viewing the west lake scenic areas. A short bike ride away from the west lake show. We went to the city for food, but when we checked Dianping found there were some very interesting vegetarian restaurants close to the hotel, so would recommend these over traveling to the city. We were very thankful that the staff rushed us a take away breakfast when we had to check out early to catch out train! Very sweet. Also the resident ginger cat was very cute!

What truly made the experience special, however, was the host. Her warmth and generosity is unparalleled. She offered fantastic local recommendations and were always available if needed, while also giving me complete privacy. This homestay has beautiful scenery, close to Su Causeway and only 100 meters away from the tea mountain. It was raining in the morning, and it was cool. The clouds and mist in the distance create a misty atmosphere of Jiangnan. This B&B has its own unique breakfast, which makes you feel the local culture and customs. The coffee/black tea is great, I highly recommend it

The location is great, and all the city's attractions are nearby. The rooms are excellent, with beautiful views. I would like to express my gratitude to the kind-hearted owner of the hotel and his family. He was very helpful, even late at night. The young man who works for him speaks English. He is so well-mannered and kind that he even offered to go to the pharmacy for us when we needed assistance. Every day, we were given freshly brewed local tea. The owner also grows delicious cucumbers in his garden, which he shared with us.After our departure, we were given a very beautiful evil-repelling bracelet. The owners are very kind and lovely people. I wish you all the best, health, happiness, and prosperity! I recommend this hotel 100%.

The hotel is Nicely furnished. Our hostess Jk was lovely and when out of her way to help us. Jk cooked us some fabulous meals asked us what we would like. She was friendly and spoke good English. We visited at a quiet time of year so she kindly drove us to a few tourists destinations and was able to ask questions on our behalf in the shops etc.
