You can booked in advance via whatsapp they can speak english.. and pay later on the hotel. Which is very convenient.. as they will help to suggest which is better and what is better. MOST important they have late CO at 14:00 which is very helpful for us who have midnight flight. So we can have more rest. AND THE ROOM IS TOTALY SMART ROOM. Even the shower is digital.

The property features city views and is 11 km from Tianmenshan National Forest Park and 17 km from Tianmen Mountain. The homestay offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Jenny was sooo helpful and welcoming. She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

I was even able to tour the parks ony own with the information and maps the host provided. He respectfully helped purchase and guide my itinerary as a local who knew how far away the sites were, time it takes to get there, and how much time to spend in the parks themselves. This stay is PERFECT for relaxing, enjoying peace, eating a tasty Hunan breakfast spread, and branching out. If you are looking for a stay around the area, the host and his family are genuine and truly know hospitality. Highly recommend.
