At the homestay, the units come with bed linen and towels. There was nothing not to like. Everything from staff to property was amazing. We enjoyed our time with staff, food was delicious and plentiful. There recommendations for food off site was equally spot on. They went above and beyond. We had a medical issue and they accompanied us to the hospital to be sure all was taken care of. We have never been more impressed.

Location: The location was great: up in the mountains, so it was very calm and quiet after a day in Zhangjiajie National Park with lots of tourists. The property is right between two entrances (Forest Park and Zumagang entrance) and therefore only ten minutes drive to either of these entrances. The hotel provides for free transportation to the National Park and airport. Property: The hotel is very new, the room is spacious with a great view. The bedding is very comfortable, I loved the big and soft towels. There is a hot tub with mountain view. Food: There are no restaurants in the area but the food (breakfast and dinner) in the hotel is delicious. Services: The staff goes above and beyond to help you with transportation and provides great advice about the visit to the National Park and surrounding area. I can only recommend this place.

The reception was warm, friendly, and super knowledgeable about everything from ticket prices to timings. They even helped carry my bags up, which you don’t often see these days! Daily room service, plenty of restaurants nearby, and just a short walk from the East Gate. Great place for travellers comfortable, hospitable, and genuinely welcoming. I really wouldn’t look elsewhere guys.

More importantly, the host was really friendly and gave excellent recommendations in terms of food to try and things to do in the village area. The hospitality of the host is very commendable and greatly enhances the experience of the stay Despite the hostel being located up a few flights of stairs, the host was helpful enough to assist us in carrying our luggage and we thought that the stairs were not too many and in fact manageable

The property is very clean and cozy, it’s a home stay and the owner is very very sweet lady, who perfectly speaks English. She also very kindly helped me a lot it’s my route and knowledge about surroundings, where to go and what to visit - this is the best part for me since I prefer to ask locals about some small hints during my travel. I stayed there for two nights and I was totally satisfied with everything. Even dough the location of hotel is little bit far from the entry of a park, there isn’t a problem - you can always take a didi taxi with will take around 5-6 minutes to the city centre. Also, Rebecca was super kind to drop me to the centre twice. Highly recommend this place to stay, all the best to the beautiful family running this small business 🫰🏻
