We had amazing apartment for 4 people and great room for 2 people. Everything was clean and modern, all hotel was really comfortable, the view from the rooftop was stunning even the weather was under the dog. Our host war very kind and we had really nice talks. Thank you.

We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and modern (love the modern toilet and actually having a filtered water tap in the room) Absolutely stunning views in a really quiet area. Taxis were easy and cheap to get to and from the entrances and into the town for more amenities but they did offer us a beautiful traditional dinner at the hotel. Hosts are amazing, we loved her! Super helpful in helping us plan our days and book tickets and picking us up, laundry etc. It really was a home from home. (All pics from the room/grounds)

The treatment received, Cherry helped us in everything from the first minute, attentively caring, she explained to us perfectly how to organize our 2 days to see the Zhangjiajie park, the gram canyon and Tiananmen mountains She gave us maps, got us all the tickets, gave us directions, helped us with everything and made the best recommendations. The room was really clean and well-decorated. A very cosy stay with a great view of the village that I think is great value for money. More importantly, the host was really friendly and gave excellent recommendations in terms of food to try and things to do in the village area. The hospitality of the host is very commendable and greatly enhances the experience of the stay Despite the hostel being located up a few flights of stairs, the host was helpful enough to assist us in carrying our luggage and we thought that the stairs were not too many and in fact manageable

An absolute incredible stay! We loved our stay at Heaven's Gate Homestay, the owner and his family were especially nice, he helped us book tickets for the National Park, gave us recommendations on which routes to take and overall made our life much easier when we were in Zhangjiajie. The room was also spotless, big and very modern. The location is only 5min away from the town. Pefect stay and would definetly come back.
