The room was spacious and designed with good taste. Tip top clean. It was a great pleasure to stay there. Only a few steps to a small romantic beach my children loved. The owner and his whole family are very kind and helpful. They offered raincoats for a rainy day, picked us from and sent us to the airport and when the flight was cancelled to the airport and harbor twice! They do everything to make sure that your stay is great. And it was!

Directly at airport of Beigan and from there excellent hiking possible. The small city offers a few restaurants and convenience shops. Very friendly lady, who runs the hostel, she speaks good english. Bed and room very clean and comfortable, aircon and wifi worked very well. Good lights for reading.

Great location. It is near the harbor so you can go anywhere in matzu from here. The hostel is extremely clean and most of the facilities that you expect to see for a hostel, it is there. The bad is comfortable and big enough for a single solo traveler. There is also a warm public space for talking and the host is friendly and very helpful to provide local information for travel. You can also rent a motorcycle on the spot.
