There were two families with young children staying when we were there and it was wonderful to see how relaxed they were as their kids pottered around the garden and petted the hotel dogs. This was a highlight of our 6 week trip in Chile and is highly recommended. Also, the breakfast is great!

There are 3 bus terminals close to the property, between 5 a 10 minutes walking. The hostel kitchen is designed beautifully and cozy, it is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Staff was very nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay here

The hostel is located right across the street from Bus Sur Station so if you are planning to travel here by bus from Castro or Puerto Montt, take Bus Sur! It's alos located just a few blocks from the shore and from many restaurants, supermarket, and cafes.
