Dogs running around were a nice little bonus too Staff (I forgot her name but she was very helpful and friendly!) kept the place clean EVERY DAY so everything was spotless and stocked up. Hot tub was a very lovely bonus (note: it does cost 30,000 pesos but you can fit 3 people in if you want to share - 4 if you squeeze)

It's just two bedrooms rented by the owner, so you really feel like at home. They offered us to use their kitchen to warm up things. At the end we didn't need to, but it was very kind. They also offered us breakfast. Just a perfect place to spend a night in Villarica.

Carolina, the host, was very informative. I stayed for 2 nights and followed her recommendations for restaurants - both were very good. My stay was unrepresentative in that nobody else was there. The hostel is very well-equipped and comfortable. It was warm, with a log burner. I came by car , so location was not so important, but it isn't far from the centre. Very importantly, it is a quiet location and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
