Great location not far from the city center. The room and bathroom were newly funrished. The owner Matteus was extremely friendly andn helpful. We had a nice breakfast in his café. The free parking is a great advantage of this place.

Very nice location, close to Lugano by car with available parking in garage. Comfortable and clean room with toilet and access to all kinds of amenities, specially for families (plenty of children's books in several languages). Bathroom was also very clean, with shower, sauna and jacuzzi-like bathtub. Decor made it feel extra cozy! Miao Hua was very accommodating to our slight late check in and very nice to prepare us late dinner, which was also delicious! And our kid had a blast in the spa! Very much recommended!

Gian was extremely accommodating, despite us completely missing the check in time. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of storage and a safe. The flat overall was also comfortable and airy, though we didn't end up taking advantage of this much. And of course, the host went to heroic levels of effort to ensure we had a great stay - he really saved our whole trip. Also, lovely cat. 💜
