Daniela is very sweet and helpful and is an amazing host. She stays in the apartment below and is available in case we need any help. She is available via phone and messages whenever we need. She showed us around the apartment and explained everything when we checked in. She was also kind enough to store our luggage after check out (our flight was later in the evening). She even carried our heavy luggage down the stairs and left it out for us to collect it near the main entrance to the apartment, which was very sweet of her. The apartment is very comfortable. There were sufficient vessels and dishes for basic cooking. There is a coffee machine with amazing coffee (The coffee pods were provided). There is also a toaster and microwave oven with grilling facility. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the apartment is gorgeous! The Interlaken guest card is provided after checking in and is valid for your length of stay. The usage of public transport within the Interlaken area is free of cost with this card. The nearest bus station is just 2 mins away and is named "fussweg spital". The Interlaken West train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment or 2 stops away by bus. The apartment is very near to the hospital (Spital Interlaken). There is a side gate entrance which is closer to the apartment than the main entrance especially when you have heavy luggage.

The units at the homestay feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. Some of the units include a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, and a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. At the homestay, all units have bed linen and towels. Great cozy apartment away from touristy crowdedness yet close enough to Spiez train station or Interlaken(30min). Would visit this house again on my next visit! Has microwave and mini fridge(it’s very small) but it’s all we needed and the house was equipped with heater, plates, cups, utensils. The owner was nice and helpful, too. :)

Everything about the property was awesome 😎. Excellent morning view to take your breakfast. You just relax instantly and your problems go away. Great and clean, nice short drive to Bern. The pillows just need an upgrade imo. Everything else Perfect. I would come again!! My only regret is that I didn't stay long enough.

In the heart of Interlaken, Downtown Family&Friends has mountain views from the terrace. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers a lift, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. It was the second opportunity for me and my family stayed in Downtown app. everything was well. good and clean rooms. Recommended
