Our room have a mini refrigerator, a heater, a smart TV, charger cables, etc. The bathroom looks very new and clean. The neighborhood is very nice with trees and a small park. Close by, we have Metro, Btrust and 1 bus away from Costco, Bestbuy, and a big mall (Yorkdale Mall).

The house really is brand new. It was convenient to Niagara Falls with a car.

Gabby was a great host; the room was sparkling clean, had a comfortable bed, and included very nice private parking at no extra cost. We loved the location, it was within walking distance of downtown. We also loved the little details in the room, such as the selection of teas and snacks :)

The owner greeted me and was attentive to my needs during my stay without intrusiveness. He even texted me that the restaurant would be open (normally closed on that day during the winter) in case I wanted a New Year's Eve meal. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the WIFI was excellent. An unexpected bonus: the washroom floor in my room was heated and it felt wonderful not to have to step on the cold tile after my shower!
