He even texted me that the restaurant would be open (normally closed on that day during the winter) in case I wanted a New Year's Eve meal. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the WIFI was excellent. An unexpected bonus: the washroom floor in my room was heated and it felt wonderful not to have to step on the cold tile after my shower!
