It’s relatively new building and the room is very nice with balcony. The public play room snd kitchen looks great too. Our car did not start in the morning. The host is very nice to send a manager in to help.

The fact that only few people use the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath make the holiday really relaxing. The villa is located in a quiet street, yet very close to all restaurants. Both the owner and the lady helping the guests on the spot are extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely go back again!

Very soft comfy bed and an excellent shower. The room was large with a big balcony. But our favourite part was the beautiful garden with fruit trees and raspberry bushes. It was lovely to lay on the grass in the sun after a big hike in the mountains.

We had rented both rooms for ourselves so we had a lot of space and privacy. It was a really friendly, simple and comfortable place arranged with style. At the back of the villa there is a lawn with a great view of the mountains. At the front porch, where the tables are, one can sit and enjoy the view of another set of mountains as well as pots with pretty Bulgarian flowers. It felt clean and homely.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Guest House KEMO in Sapareva Banya. The conditions in the house are excellent – everything is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The prices are absolutely great and even feel low for the quality of service you receive. The host, Bobby, is truly amazing – very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. He makes sure you feel at home and assists with everything you need, whether it’s finding your way around the region, arranging a taxi, or giving useful local tips. His hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the guest house offers perfect conditions, excellent cleanliness, and outstanding value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapareva Banya.
