The owner thought of every detail to make the guest feel at home during vacation from both the style and practicality. We loved that it had a coffee maker and milk in the fridge for our morning coffee. The 3-d map on the wall was a big hit for us! The chairs to watch TV were super comfortable as was the bed. There were blankets and pillows in the living room. Kitchen had everything needed and more like pot with boiled water. Great idea! They have very tasty tap water there. I would highly recommend The Sounds and hope to return myself. The view is spectacular!

The room is huge with million dollars views. His gardens are beautiful. The super king bed is very comfortable. The location is also great.

You must come and stay on this beautiful property when visiting Tasmania, you will not regret it. There are beautiful walks on the property, you don't need to leave. We saw echidnas, possums, paddymelons and were even lucky enough to spot a wombat. The kids were obsessed with checking for chicken eggs daily and loved picking some fresh produce from the organic veggie garden. So many games and activities to keep them entertained as well. Beds were comfortable, our cottage was beautiful and the cozy wood fire at night was so the icing on the cake. The photos online don't actually do this place justice. Just stunning views everywhere you look. Thank you for having us!
