Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. Everything was great! Very nice place.

The location is very easy to find and is very accessible by public transport (tram/train) as there is a tram station outside the hotel. The communication with the host was perfect. The hotel had construction outside but it did not impact us at all as we couldnt hear any of it. The instructions on how to get into hotel were very easy.

WiFi is available in the building. The location is excellent as it is in the city center. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our questions. The room was well equipped and big. My partner is allergic to gluten and they adapted the breakfast to offer her gluten free bread and cereals. I highly recommend this place.

The location is nice as there an U- and S-bahn stations just around the corner. We just got a weekly transport pass and it was so convenient. 25 minutes and you are in the city center. There’s also a very nice Austrian restaurant nearby, as well as a bakery and a Bila supermarket in walking directions.

I like the design of having separate rooms for the shower and toilet. The area is quite so I enjoyed a good night's sleep for a great price.
