Simple but very clean and spacious room. Excellent location! So close to the city center, we were able to do most visits by walk. The hotel was easy to reach via public transport from the airport (thanks to the direction provided by the staff).

The room was spacious, great location especially if you come in the Christmas season. The best Market is in front of the Town Hall walking distance from the hotel. And if you have the will you can walk to the centre. If not there are buses that easily take you in with a few stops. The personal was excellent, willing to help, friendly and courteous.

I loved that the communication was very straight-forward and well explained. We had no issues checking in or out, all the details we're provided. Host is very responsive and helpful. We were surprised by the size of the room (or better apartment), it very well equipped with anything and everything you might need (hairdryer. iron and ironing board, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, stove and all the possible dishes you might want). Even though there's work on the building at the moment, we've had no issues with noise. Location is also excellent, very start of the Mariahilfer Straße, with less than 10 minutes walking to any type of transportation and walking distance to the main sights of Vienna. Would come back
