The house is huge with a beautiful garden, two kitchens, two bathrooms, many beds. It was very nice. I left my cardigan there and the host sent it after me no problem. Everything was perfect. The location, the facilities, the comfort level.

I would come back to Austria just for this hotel! The views were incredible, and the rooms were modern and spotless. Anna, the owner, is one of the kindest and most professional people I've met. Her English was impeccable, and the service felt truly first-class. The restaurant served some of the best food I’ve ever had—reasonably priced, though I would happily have paid more given the quality. Would recommend for families and couples!! Easily one of the best stays of our entire Europe trip!

Very tidy apartment in a beautiful area, not far from Graz and Stubenbergsee. The room was clean and had a really nice ambience. We could even use the gorgeous garden and terrace (with a stunishing view). the The host was super friendly, the included breakfast was just amazing, much more than someone could expect. We have spent a lovely long weekend there.

We had a nice stay at this family friendly hotel. Communication was prompt and easy. The staff was super friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean with a lot of storage space and a nice balcony with a good view. The food (we had half-board) was plentyful and very good. The area is lovely for walks and excursions. There is a small swimming lake a 10 minutes drive away. There is a good playground at the hotel and safe for children to be out playing. We can recommend this hotel for both young and old guests.

Everything went super smooth. We arrived a bit later than the check-in time but were able to enter the room without a problem just by following the owner instruction. (we stayed in one of the apartment) Breakfast was very generous and with a nice and cozy atmosphere. The host is very welcoming and super kind! Uberlach offers great and relaxing walks.
