Breakfast was copious and delicious and the hosts were absolutely fantastic and friendly. Would recommend this place for a short and for a long stay in the area.

The apartment was absolutely clean, the equipment meets the highest standards, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen tools satisfying and the view of the lake was just wonderful. Very quiet area, near the other beautiful lakes, great base point for hiking and cycling. The owner was very nice and helpful when we needed one more bedsheet. Nothing seemed to be a problem. We can only recommend Pension Stöllinger for your stay!

Our hosts, originally from England, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and we chatted about many topics, even though our English wasn't very good. They provided us with an excellent breakfast, shared their experiences traveling around Europe, and offered very helpful tips for exploring Gosau. Of course, our top recommendation was the incredibly clean room we had. The entire building seemed to have been renovated in 2021. The building was new, with a beautiful balcony and a clean, bright bathroom. We felt it was at least a 4-star hotel. I've already recommended it to my friends.

Location is convenient for traveling to Hallstatt and Salzburg, all public transport stops are in front of the hotel. The only regret is that we had just one night there.

They were very understanding and phoned a friend from the village, who worked for the bus company. The wallet was later found and returned to the Salzburg office, the friend collected it for me and dropped it off at B&B Simmer at midnight (the end of her shift). Hubert stayed up specially and returned the wallet to me at breakfast (all intact). Such acts of kindness made our holiday extra memorable. Thank you all so much.
