When we came Vivian greeted us with warm hugs, and she did everything we asked for. Navigated us with good restaurannt and told us practical things. Vinvan did our laundry perfectly. If we come back to El Calafate we would like to stay here even though the accommodation is not five star.

Communication is with the host was fantastic, she left hiking poles in the room and provided lots of information about the treks in the area which was very helpful. Great location right next to the Main Street but also very quiet. Lovely views of the mountain and river and a little bench outside to enjoy the scenery.

She is extraordinary! Not just a host—a mother away from home. So kind and cosiderate. The garden is gorgeous and so peaceful. The little apartments are so tastefully appointed and the little touches are sublime.
