The guest house is centrally located just a 9 minute walk from the Hotel Rozafa where the domestic and international buses leave and arrive from. Renato who owns the place is a fantastic manager and was very polite, speaks excellent English and knows everything about the town. He responds very promptly when messaging or calling during daytime hours. The free breakfast is delicious and filling and Renato cooks it once he has settled you in with a tea or coffee. The room is clean, has heating and hot water that does not run out fast in the winter. There is a beautiful garden where you can relax or smoke. The cat is so nice too!

Good value for money. More like a homestay than a common hotel.

Hotel style and quality room. Everything was clean, including the shared bathroom. It hardly felt shared as there were two bathrooms between four rooms and we seemed to be the only people there/using it. Niko was friendly, welcoming, and responsive. The complimentary coffee machine and water cooler was a lovely touch. The location was great. Happily recommend!

Located along the lake you have splendid panoramic views. The atmosphere of Shiroke is quiet and peaceful. The hosting family is very kind and caring, I spent a week at Serenity and felt fully at home and part of the family. The hotel is clean and newly renovated, I highly recommend!

The closest point to magnificent blue eye and very close to the waterfall. Accomodation was really nice, relaxing, clean and easy. The room is basic but we didn't need anything else. The restaurant for breakfast or lunch or dinner is 3' walk among a river (unfortunately without water when we went) but still with breathtaking view to the mountains. All people were helpful and kind.
