Beautiful old character building with lots of places to hang out and chill and very close to the souqs and the creek. We would definately stay again next time we’re in Dubai.

The location is also super convenient, with everything you need close by. If you’re looking for a co-living space in Dubai that balances work, community, and comfort, this is a great choice. The homestay offers bed linen, towels and ironing service. This is my second stay in this apartment. First time i take a bed in dorm room and this time in a private room with attached bathroom and balcony. i loved staying there with the kind host. He is a very professional and knows how to manage and deal with guests. the apartment consists of 4 rooms i recommend this one if you need privacy and balcony to relax. This apartment is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has all equipment if you want to cook light food. Bus station is below the building, The building is new i think it was built less than 6 months. Air condition is perfect and single controlled although the fresh air is very good and no need to ac. In the Umm Suqeim district of Dubai, close to Jumeira Public Beach, The Villa Jumeirah has a garden and a washing machine. It is situated 1.2 km from Burj Al Arab Tower and offers a shared kitchen. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. It was only a 6 minute walk from the property to the beach. We really enjoyed the stay and could always contact Lia (housekeeping lady) or Wafa (owner) if we had any questions. All in all, we can only recommend to stay here.
