this is a true gem of a guest house. it’s run by warm and conscientious owners who really understand how make the experience memorable. small touches go a long way, including the lovely communal spaces and gardens. the rooms are spotless and the location great. our family found this place a nice respite from a busy aswan.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nile Bride. The view from the terrace is stunning. We loved to have breakfast there in the morning and watch the boats sail by and watch the sunset in the evening. Mostafa is a great host. He arranged our trips to Abu Simbel and the Philae Temple. Navigating to and from the island to the mainland is very easy. Ferries cross the river regularly and the fare is only 10 EGP each way. Mostafa’s nephew picked us up in his motor boat on our days of arrival and departure. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Aswan. We can definitely recommend it.

A great laid back place to stay on the West Bank, close to the public ferry and the tombs of the nobles. The facilities are new and clean. The owners and his family are super hospitable. We also ordered lunch which was delicious. No regretting we have chosen the place and we will definitely come back.

Mustafa and Abu were terrific!! Helpful, spoke great english, made our trip perfect! The hosts were continuously responsive and accommodating. We were in contact and able to meet at a time that was comfortable for everyone. The location was perfect and the home comfortable. We loved our stay. Would highly recommend.
